I asked around the web, different sites and people, and we came to the conclusion that this is a
Vintage Robert Simmons California Pottery Elvis Skunk Figurine.
Copied from the Hagen Renaker Elvis or Papa Skunk. (or did they copy from RS?

A skunk hair over 2-1/2" high.
Elvis 'do with a pink nose and feather painted tail.
Would look great with a gang of HR skunks!!
No chips or repairs. Does have crazing, but no skunk smell!!
