    Description

    For bid is an original 1979 Fairfield / San Francisco, California Bay Area "NANNU NANNU Superwalk '79" sponsored by "KFRC 810 March of Dimes" event BUTTON.  Blue on white button features the "Mork and Mindy" television show star ROBIN WILLIAMS, the beloved comic and actor.  This was an event, probably held on April 1, 1979 in Fairfield, California (there's an article about it you can search).  The March of Dimes walk was a 20-mile event between Fairfield and Vacaville, California.  The article says Williams visited walkers via helicopter during the charity event!  He showed up in his Mork costume.  See images available from the internet...
    Button is in good condition with minimal wear.  Surface has some lines.  I am not sure what they are.
